The Sudanese army will “decisively” deal with any infiltration of its airspace as she has warned yesterday June 1 2016.

In a statement published by Sudan News Agency (SUNA) , the army said: “On May 17 and 20, the aerial surveillance devices monitored infiltration to the Sudanese airspace by Ilyushin 76  planes belonging to international and regional organisations without getting prior permission.”

AFP also quoted the statement saying that “the infiltrations constitute a flagrant violation to the sovereignty of the country and a clear violation of all international conventions and laws governing the air navigation.”

They also stressed that the Sudanese armed forces would decisively deal with any plane that does not follow the proper procedures in obtaining a prior permission as a legitimate aerial target.
