Former President Goodluck Jonathan’s granddaughter Princess Eliana Godswill-Edward turned a year September 22. Her parents Faith and Edward threw her a lavish birthday party.
Ex President Jonathan has a number of adopted children in which Faith Osakwe is one of. Facts emerged recently on how the former president and his wife Patience Jonathan adopted Faith and her siblings in 2000.
According to reports, Faith is the daughter of the late Engr. Ukalizibe Sakwe, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in Bayelsa state and also a bosom friend of the Jonathans, who died in a motor accident in 2000.
After his death, the ex president and wife adopted his four children, Faith, Arewera Adolphus, Aruabai and Abayola, and have taken responsibility for their welfare and education over the past 14 years.
