A Chinese software developer has been charged with stealing source code from a U.S. company to help the Chinese government, federal authorities said Tuesday.
Xu Jiaqiang, who was arrested in December on a related charge of stealing a trade secret, is accused of taking the underlying code used to develop a clustered file system, which companies sell to help manage data across large numbers of servers.
