Latest on Michigan shooting: survivor implicates defendant

A woman who survived a series of random shootings that killed six people in Michigan says she'll never forget the face of the man shot her.

Tiana Carruthers told a judge Friday that it was the man who was arrested in the attacks, Jason Dalton, who shot her four times. She cried on the witness stand, saying, "I hurt every single day."
A judge must decide if there's probable cause to send Dalton to trial on charges of murder and attempted murder. Eight people in the Kalamazoo area were shot on Feb. 20; six died.
Dalton was dragged out of court by deputies after loud outbursts earlier during Carruthers' testimony. After a recess, he watched the hearing by video from jail.
Carruthers says she sees Dalton's face "every time" she goes to sleep.
